
Chocolate, Cauliflower and Caramel mmmmm
Cauliflower in a Brownie might seem a little strange but trust me it works. It means you can reduce the amount of heavy gluten or you can cut it out altogether! It also makes the brownie softer and more gooey than normal. Ingredients 200g cauliflower florets
70 ml milk
1 tsp rice vinegar
100g self raising flour ( or 100g ground almonds for gluten free)
50g sugar
Pinch baking powder
Pinch bicarbonate soda
15g cocoa powder
Pinch sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 dsp vanilla
