French Chef & certified Nutritional therapist, Camille is passionate about seasonal ingredients as well as the products of quality and specialities of the Provencal cuisine.
Camille has been part of the Old Town Cooks family for some time and we are long overdue telling the world about her.
She has been cooking professionally for 14 years, working her way through some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants alongside world renowned chefs. Among others, she has worked in worldly known Provencal tables: Christian Etienne (1 Michelin star) and luxurious Hotel-Restaurant La Mirande***** (1 Michelin star).
Camille has spent the last 7 years in London working privately, teaching cookery and designing dining experiences.
